The Uniteq-vac concept is based on a central dust extracting unit, whereby work can be carried out in a dust-free workplace. The ideal solution for paint shops, coating companies, furniture-making shops, shipbuilding yards, concrete mould makers or car repair companies, among others.
Because of the modular construction of the system, a made-to-measure Unitec-vac installation can be installed to meet the needs of your business capacity. The T3300 is the basic model on which all the larger types are based. The Uniteq-vac has been developed and constructed completely according to DIN norms. By means of a continuously variable arrangement, it can be set to operate precisely according to your demands, without loss of energy. The filter body is equipped with a filtering cloth of 4m2 or 5m2, which meets the required norms. The three-stage or four-stage turbo motor, which is protected against heat, ensures a constant under pressure of 24000 PA. The sound-dampening casing has a maximum sound level of 66 dB(A), DIN 45635.
Thanks to its solid construction, the Uniteq-vac can be expanded into a more heavy duty type by installing modules such as automatic filter cleaning, a second turbo motor and an enlarged external switching unit. In this way the Uniteq-vac can easily cope with the new task. When you place the units in series, you are guaranteed a super suction capacity enabling you to work in a dust-free, low-noise and energy-efficient workplace.
